if you go on Sparknotes.com, then College Search, you can search for schools with certain majors (photography or fashion) in a certain area.

Actually fashion photography is something you can get into after you finish a good photo school like Art Center, Brooks or RIT
There are some good classes you can take at GCC until you can get into a photo school. Photo schools teach you how to use your camera … the field you go into has more to do with your interests and the ability to use the skills you learn while in school. That and working as an assistant for a fashion photographer for a few years
