as your 14, there isn’t many places that will take you. You will need to be 18 as your need to be able to sign contracts etc with legally requires you to be that age.
I had a 14 YO apply to work for me the other day, but as I work in a ‘adult’ environment and styled photo shoots, anyone under the 18 year old range would see me locked up for child abuse or something.. NOT GOOD..
Fashion photography is not a world apart from the likes of event photography or the PR side of photography. You may want to shoot bands and get a camera and teach yourself using online media, forums and groups to build up a portfolio and get your own style.
you can move on after a while with courses, one of my partner companies in mayfair (mayfair imaging) offers some training and I do over this side of the country.
To get you started, go for a GCSE and what ever the board is for your local collage in photography and you may also want to look at business admin and management to get your head on for that side of the photography.
